Repair / Inspection Technician

Test / Clean Electronic equipment and get items ready for resale.  Identifying imperfections, repairing them using workflow processes. Documenting Items condition that accurately indicates the item's current state of functionality.

Use warehouse tools and resources to test and repair assets. ie: Computers, Speakers, Receivers, Circuit Breakers, Lighting Equipment

Able to independently identify problems, and create solution that accurately and effectively resolve the problem. 

Process and Focus Oriented with the ability to stay focused for long periods of time.  Maintaining and clean work environment and resetting to zero policy

Qualifications:

Ability to independently diagnose and repair diverse electronic assets, including but not limited to basic computers, circuit breakers, ceiling fans, tools, lighting equipment.

Skilled in identifying minor imperfections and documenting the functional state of equipment with high precision for resale transparency.

Experienced in using specialized warehouse tools and diagnostic resources to safely test and refurbish electrical components.

Process-oriented with the mental discipline to remain focused on detailed technical tasks for extended periods without compromising quality.

Committed to high-productivity standards and the "reset to zero" policy to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.

Asset Photographer

Take pictures of assets that represent the item condition in the most accurate manure.

Use different angles to best represent the items. Taking 8-14 pictures of each item. Take the photograph items and place them in specific item locations.

Able to take clear pictures using a Professional SLR Camera

Process and Focus Oriented with the ability to stay focused for long periods of time.

Qualifications:

Skilled in operating Professional SLR Cameras to capture high-quality, clear, and well-lit images that accurately represent item conditions.

Ability to utilize multiple angles (8-14 shots per item) to provide a comprehensive and transparent visual representation of diverse assets.

Highly process-oriented with the mental stamina to maintain high levels of concentration and accuracy during long periods of repetitive shooting.

Disciplined in workflow management, including the ability to transition items to specific locations post-shoot and adhere to a "reset to zero" station policy.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding daily output targets while maintaining strict quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Warehouse Coordinator

Receiving Inbound Logistics, Quality Control, & Repair Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing goods to identify defects. Perform basic repair assessments to determine if items meet our "ready-to-ship" standards.

Inventory Management & "Quests": Take ownership of specific warehouse "quests"—targeted projects aimed at optimizing space, reconciling stock levels, or organizing high-priority zones.

Cross-Functional Support: Act as a "utility player" by assisting other departments and positions during peak times to ensure the warehouse meets its collective daily targets.

Reporting: Maintain clear communication with the Warehouse Manager regarding stock discrepancies, equipment needs, or safety concerns.

Qualifications:

Experience in previous warehouse operations, logistics or inventory control preferred.

Ability to use inventory management software, Computer, and label printer

Attention to details: Ability to spot minor defects and errors.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for prolong periods of time. Lift up to 75lbs and navigate warehouse environment safely

Forklift Operations: Ability to operate forklift safely, certification preferred.

Adaptability: A team-player mindset with a willingness to just into different roles as needed to get the job done.

Shipper

Pick and ship items/assets and ensuring item is safely secured, while using packaging materials efficiently, and resourcefully. Assuring items are shipped using the correct carriers using company policies and procedures. 

Accurately labeling packages using labels and stickers.

Accurately input package weight and dimensions and accurately create shipping labels. 

Accurately utilized boxes and packaging materials to achieve fast and secure shipment of items.

Qualifications:

Logistical Accuracy & Technical Skill: Proven ability to use our tools to calculate package dimensions and weights to generate carrier-compliant shipping labels, with a proficiency in using Shipping sofware

Operational Efficiency & Resourcefulness: Demonstrate expertise in selecting and utilizing appropriate packaging materials to ensure items are safely secured while minimizing waste and maintaining a high pace of productivity to meet daily quotas.

Disciplined Work Ethic: A strong commitment to workplace organization, specifically adhering to a "reset to zero" policy to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient station at the end of every shift.
